Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding office hours, services, and general inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience
- Previous experience working in an office or similar setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
