Position Overview: We are looking for Accounts Payable Administrator to provide excellent accounting vendor management. You will be required to pay invoices in timely manner, accurately report payments and communicate with internal and external customers.

The ideal Accounts Payable Administrator will be detail oriented and accurate with meticulous attention to tasks. You should be exacting, have good communication skills and enjoy having a high degree of accuracy. Ultimately, a top-notch Accounts Payable Administration should be a solution driven individual with an eye for thoroughness.

Primary Essential Job Duties:

• Set up new vendors
• Verify invoice accuracy and appropriate approvals
• Ensure accurate postings to GL accounts and profit centers
• Enter and process employee expense reimbursements
• Schedule and process timely vendor and sub-contractor payments
• Ensure early pay discounts are utilized, where applicable
• Act as a point of contact and respond to vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements and research any vendor discrepancies
• File and maintain vendor records and files

Qualifications

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail
• 2-5 years AP experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter
• Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple demands
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Desire to contribute and suggest best practices
• Regular and predictable attendance as scheduled
• Work cooperatively with others.
