Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for managing the payment of invoices for supplies/services, equipment, and office products required to support the market Consolidated Service Center (CSC) and participating facilities.

What you will do in this role:

• Facilitate the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, goals and objectives to meet the Accounts Payable department mission.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of all Accounts Payable employees to include hiring, development, motivation and training.
• Approve payment of non-contract purchases up to pre-defined levels.
• Monitor Accounts Payable department performance measures and ensure performance meets or exceeds standards.
• Work with vendors to maintain constructive and appropriate relationships.
• Develop team activity/status and performance reports for management.
• Use Accounts Payable system to manage purchase orders and invoices for products and services.
• Maintain a high degree of communication, cooperation and coordination with user departments regarding billing and payment.
• Maintain good records and controls, which provide an audit trail for all duties performed.
• Work with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Tax and Accounts Payable resources to ensure appropriate disbursement management and financial reporting.

What Qualification you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or similar preferred
• 3 to 7 years accounts payable management or related financial experience preferred
