BGT Staffing is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Ridge, TN
BGT Is assisting a growing corporation in the Oak Ridge area with adding an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to their financial team! This position is IN OFFICE ONLY, Monday- Friday 8a to 5p. Previous and recent experience in Accounts Payable is REQUIRED!
Duties include:
· Enter and pay invoices, and deposit and post incoming payments.
· Prepare and maintain a cash report each day for management to make financial decisions.
· Responsible for getting commission checks out each month.
· Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
· Files tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
· Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
· Mange refunds and outstanding checks.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
