As the Accounts Payable/ Purchase Coordinator, you'll be responsible for assisting and completing activities in the accounts payable & purchase order functions, including invoice processing for overhead costs, royalties, and project related expenses, as well as manage the full payment process for all Recorded Music invoices.

What youll do:

• Ensure proper tax forms are received for vendors and royalty payees
• Verify bank information, both domestic and foreign, for all new vendors and updates in banking information
• Maintain employee and vendor records
• Assist in Royalty vendor W9/W8 lookup in SharePoint to migrate to Netsuite
• Consolidate all W9/W8 forms from shared folders into one folder for future reference
• Identify duplicate vendors via tax IDs and name and determine which should be remain active, inactive or merged
• Provide requisition and payment updates to project managers and shared services
• Process project-related requisitions for inventory, marketing, and master recording spend
• Support AP with occasional invoice entries and expense report processing
• Perform related ad-hoc projects as necessary
• Works under moderate supervision

What youll need:

• Knowledge of full cycle Accounts Payable process
• Basic excel, outlook, word & internet explorer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral communication
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Friendly and outgoing in nature
• Must demonstrate good judgment
• General agreement and acceptance of the company values

*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
