Day in the life of an Accounts Payable Specialist:
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a vital role within our team. Your days will encompass a diverse range of accounting responsibilities with a focus on accounts payable invoicing and facilitating payment processing. You will collaborate with other seasoned Staff Accountants to post revenues, manage accounts receivable, post month-end journal entries, conduct account reconciliations, and ensure the precise recording of all month-end transactions. You'll collaborate with various departments across the company, which will allow you to work on building strong relationships with them to promote collective growth.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous accounting experience
- Basic knowledge of GAAP
- Intermediate level Excel experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow
- Must be agile and able to switch priorities at a moments notice
- Able to be flexible in scheduling, problem-solving, team collaboration, communication, and maintaining an open-minded attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Is eager to foster excellent relationships with colleagues across business departments
- Able to work both independently as well as within a team

Work Schedule:
Your typical schedule would be on site at our HQs offices working business hours 5 days a week and will include some event weekends and/or nights as well.
