Primary Responsibilities of the Role: Issue checks during weekly check run and any manual requests during the week. Mail/distribute checks to payees. File invoice and check copies and maintain vendor files. Respond to vendor and physician/employee inquiries.Support for Accounts Payable Coordinator’s duties during his/her absence.Maintain file room organizationPrepare weekly A/P cash reports.Write up of select corporate/department invoices.Perform related duties as assigned by Controller.Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures The Successful Candidate Will Possess: High school diploma or equivalent requiredAA Degree Preferred2 years general accounts payable experience 1 years’ experience in Healthcare or Managed Care preferred.
