The People Business Partner role (based in Atlanta, GA) will be someone who is a creative business problem solver who is responsible for the development and delivery of innovative people solutions. More specifically, the role will be executing the talent agenda in support of all business objectives and strategic direction of the PAC Communities, this position serves as a generalist (functionally) with an emphasis in the areas of onboarding, offboarding, team member relations, people operations, data maintenance and leader coaching and development. This is a great opportunity to be an innovator and team member in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organization. This role will be a partner to leaders, a promoter of our culture and values an innovative partner for our people decisions in a transparent approach. This person will help navigate complex challenges and must be solution oriented with the ability to work across multiple teams.
