LHH is currently looking to fill a HR Generalist Job in Albuquerque, NM! This role is with a company that has a great reputation and offers an exciting and centrally located work environment! You will be supporting the HR Manager and a staff of around 100 people.
Responsibilities:
 

• Assisting with any changes in policies/procedures and communicate them effectively to all employees and new hires
• Managing benefits administration and communicate important updates to all existing and new employees
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with all recruiting efforts and candidate retention
• Coordinate all new hire orientations and prepare material needed
• Employee relations and investigations
• Special projects/duties that are assigned

Qualifications:

• 3 years of HR experience
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required, Human Resources concentration preferred
• SHRM certification highly preferred
• Proficiency with various HRIS systems needed
• Must have exceptional written/verbal communication skills and professionalism

Salary: $55k-$70k
Location: Albuquerque, NM; onsite
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
 
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
