Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills for the position of Human Resources Manager to service multiple facilities across the state of New Mexico. Under the supervision of the VP of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading and directing routine functions of the department including employee relations including complaints/investigations; performance management including discipline and terminations, strategic retention planning including collecting and analyzing employee data to drive company initiatives; training and development of leadership at all levels of the organization. Travel is required.
