Job Overview:
As a Human Resources Generalist at Pando Little School, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our small preschool. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks and initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, evaluation, record keeping, disciplinary processes, and HR compliance. This role requires a high level of discretion, legal compliance, and an understanding of employment law to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Support job satisfaction and employee retention through the continued maintenance of a quality work environment.
- Oversee employee relations and conflict management.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
- Oversee all employee formal evaluations.
