Administrative Assistant in Automotive Industry We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to add to our administrative support team for our automotive locations. Duties are to support the Head Office Admin and Owner by performing a wide variety of administrative functions for the main office and multiple automotive locations across Texas such as data entry, financial reconciliations, fleet account management, office administration, liaison, and more in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties Include, but not limited to:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Providing and Processing Payments
Financial Reconciliations
Fleet Account Management
Marketing Management/ Support Liaison
Website Management Liaison
Social Media Management
Support Head Admin
Support Owner
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Microsoft EXEL
Google Sheets/ Documents
Previous experience as an administrative assistant - 1 Year
Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in file management, both physical and electronic
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Complete Given Tasks Independently
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
