Administrative Assistant in Automotive Industry
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to add to our administrative support team for our automotive locations. Duties are to support the Head Office Admin and Owner by performing a wide variety of administrative functions for the main office and multiple automotive locations across Texas such as data entry, financial reconciliations, fleet account management, office administration, liaison, and more in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to add to our administrative support team for our automotive locations. Duties are to support the Head Office Admin and Owner by performing a wide variety of administrative functions for the main office and multiple automotive locations across Texas such as data entry, financial reconciliations, fleet account management, office administration, liaison, and more in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties Include, but not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Providing and Processing Payments
- Financial Reconciliations
- Fleet Account Management
- Marketing Management/ Support Liaison
- Website Management Liaison
- Social Media Management
- Support Head Admin
- Support Owner
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Microsoft EXEL
- Google Sheets/ Documents
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant - 1 Year
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in file management, both physical and electronic
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Complete Given Tasks Independently
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Prefered:
- Familiar with ChatGPT
- Previous work for automotive
