This position is responsible for providing administrative support to administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties & Responsibilities * Maintains company standards regarding customer service, timely task completion, and HIPAA compliance. * Stays up-to-date with current company and industry standards. * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of AEG processes and procedures. * Organize and schedule meetings and appointments * Provides clerical support: faxing, typing, copying, mailing, taking messages, and returning calls. * Creates and updates various employee and patient forms. * Organizes company events (e.g. team training meetings, parties, etc.): researches and collects pricing information, makes venue reservations, coordinates with suppliers, communicates with attendees. * Purchases supplies for the Committee and Corporate Office special projects, tracks expenses, and submits receipts/invoices to Accounting. * Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies * Assists Accounting team with data entry as necessary. * Assists with research and execution of special Corporate Office projects as needed. * Book travel arrangements * Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc. * Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient * Other duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team and/or Committee members.
