We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk at our Corporate Office in the North Hills. Now offering up to $1,000 hiring & referral bonus! Pay starting at $18 per hour, based on experience. 

Responsibilities

• Review statements and match against invoices and receiving documents
• Review invoices to ensure they are properly authorized
• Code invoices to proper general ledger accounts
• Process and mail payments
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain files for processed invoices
• Establish and maintain effective communication between vendors and store locations

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to use a 10-key adding machine
• Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time (M-F 8am to 4:30pm)
