Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial concepts.

Duties:

• Manage the accounts payable process from start to finish, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communication
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records related to accounts payable
• Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and records
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues
• Oversee the processing of employee expense reports and reimbursements
• Develop and implement efficient accounts payable procedures and controls
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Oracle
• Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• 10-key typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
• Experience in governmental accounting is preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
