As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your duties will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. The opening for a permanent Accounts Payable Clerk is in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.Your responsibilities in this role- Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks- Carry out a full-cycle A/P- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners- Help with internal and external audits as required- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling- Perform special projects as assigned
