ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
- CFS has partnered with a small but growing company that is looking to add an AP Coordinator to their team.

OVERVIEW OF THE AP COORDINATOR ROLE:
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will check and approve all vouchers for payment.
- Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
- AP Coordinator answers all vendor inquiries.
- Prepare accounts payable checks.
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
- AP Coordinator prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
- Assist in monthly closings.
- Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP COORDINATOR ROLE:
- At least a year of experience with AP or relevant experience
- Bachelors degree preferred; Associates degree acceptable.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills
