ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR

- Our client is a leading non-profit organization that helps people with disabilities. They are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to the Accounting Team. Be a part of a very friendly small team and enjoy going to work!
OVERVIEW OF THE AR COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Accounts Receivable Coordinator Prepares daily cash application.
- Enter finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer.
- Obtain and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested.
- AR Coordinator processes daily credit card deposits.
- Research and processes customer invoices.
- Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.
- AR Coordinator assists with related special projects, as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR COORDINATOR ROLE:
- 1 year AR experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Excel pivot tables and V look ups
- Sage Intacct is a plus
MaxSalary: USD55000
MinSalary: USD40000
