ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER

  As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining our company's financial integrity.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

• Lead and supervise a team of Accounts Payable Specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards in all accounts payable activities.
• Perform regular audits and reviews to identify potential discrepancies and implement process improvements.
• Manage and maintain vendor master data, while establishing and nurturing strong vendor relationships.
• Work closely with the finance team to facilitate month-end and year-end closing activities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Proven track record of at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in utilizing accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, team members, and management.
