ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payments and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
- Flexible office hours

OVERVIEW OF THE AP CLERK ROLE:
- Reconcile accounts
- Invoicing
- AP Clerk scans and files invoices
- Check and approve all vouchers for payment
- Enter all accounts payable invoices that are schedule to be paid into the system
- Vendor maintenance
- AP Clerk analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP CLERK:
- Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable Clerk experience
- Positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
