WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Be responsible for maintaining and enhancing systems and services across program management, technical operations, business intelligence, finance, & customer success departments
• Drive results for KPI achievement, program performance, system monitoring, commercial/legal review, and financial controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally between customer success and product & engineering organizations to align program design to exceed the needs of our customers and empower our client facing team’s for scale
• Elevate service level agreements and uphold adherence across all programs, enhancing reliability, satisfaction, and trust among our clients and partners
• Own comprehensive project planning from evaluation, logistics management, analysis, execution and communication
• Assist executives and/or senior leadership in defining organizational goals and strategic plans
• Promote a productive and positive experience with customers to ensure high-quality support fostering lasting satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist in partner expansion and technical integrations

• 7 years of professional experience, preferably in ad tech 
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment
• Results-driven and entrepreneurial
• Expert in project management
• Background working with technical integrations, system monitoring, and financials (billing, invoicing and contract reviews)
• Advanced critical thinking and hands on problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and peers 
• High level of expertise in technical delivery processes and execution
• Capable of managing multiple work streams simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Experiment, innovate, and champion new processes and systems
