Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our day to day. This position is part time, hybrid schedule available.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
- Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and organizing files
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and other software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support is a plus
