Experience: Previous experience in a "hunting" sales position (including prospecting for new business) OR property management experience is required

Compensation: $58,000/year to $68,000/year uncapped quarterly commissions

Job Description:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through various channels
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and existing clients
Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while providing exceptional customer service
Utilize strategic communication and negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations
Continuously seek opportunities to expand business partnerships and drive revenue growth
Position Requirements:
Proven track record of success in a sales or client-facing role
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and earn uncapped commissions
