Job Title : Customer Service Representative I
Location : Houston, TX 77038
Duration : 12 months contract with high chances of extension or conversion.
Multiple shifts and flexibility to work.
A typing assessment test must be given. The typing speed required is 45 wpm.
Job Description
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
- Perform returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting and closing RMAs.
- Receive product orders and process shipment.
- Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
