Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various software applications, and have a strong ability to prioritize tasks. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Screen and prioritize incoming phone calls and emails
- Assist with email management and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and copying
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
