Full payroll process: 2-3 yrs. experience (NAPA Grand Rapids consists of 300 members)
Recruiting process (job post, candidate screening & job offer): 1-2 yrs.
On-boarding & Orientation (new file preparation, conduct orientations): 1-2 yrs.
Be a go to person for HR daily operations answers
Enjoy Payroll, Recruiting and Employee data records
Interact and provide basic HR process/employee relations coaching to supervisors and team members
Provide public communication of company information such as Benefit Enrollment and Health & Wellness programs.
