The Flexco team is interested in you if:
- You are currently working toward a Human Resources degree; preferably in your Junior or Senior year
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate tactfully and professionally
- You have a demonstrated history of taking initiative and are comfortable working independently
- You have excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- You have the ability to follow-up and meet expected deadlines
- You have the ability to accept candid feedback in a constructive manner
- You can work between 40 hours per week, M-F – onsite
Details:
- May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay
- Your start date is the first or second week of May
- You will participate in a structured internship program designed to promote professional growth through open discussion informational panels, learning about various departments, and the opportunity to present at the end of the summer.
