We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee, build and support a highperformance

team of inside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth. The

Inside Sales Manager will lead and motivate the statewide inside sales team to achieve specific goals.

He/she will monitor sales metrics, manage the entire sales administration process, and collaborate with

various professionals throughout the organization on projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the inside sales representatives team

• Set and track sales targets for your team

• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

• Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

• Build an open-communication environment for your team

• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and

increase sales

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives

• Hands on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, and business intelligence tools.

• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

• Ability to work with a remote team

• Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field preferred

• Experience using various call center software a plus

• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
