HARDWARE IMAGINATION-TECH is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

INSIDE SALES POSITION FOR REGIONAL HARDWARE & WOOD DISTRIBUTOR IN THE ORLANDO AREA.

DRUG FREE, VERSATILE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to sell our hardware and supplies to customers face to face and via phone. You will be required to achieve your quota by consistently performing the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Base pay.
  • Commission after 90 days probation.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Good understanding of sales skills and techniques. * Communication, relationship building, customer service, prioritization.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation, and verifiable references.
  • Effective customer relations.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
- Present product or service offerings to potential customers and address any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development or inside sales role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
