Position Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) will execute independent decisions within established guidelines and perform a full range of administrative and project management support to the CEO. The EA will create and prepare agendas, presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and schedules; tracking action items; managing the CEO’s calendar; making travel arrangements; identifying issues, conducting research, developing options/solutions and providing advice and recommendations. The EA will oversee processes tied to budgets, project management and other administrative activities and pay strict attention to detail when composing and proofing materials, establish priorities, and meeting deadlines. The duties and administrative functions will require confidentiality, initiative, sound decision-making, independent judgment, problem solving and the ability to escalate serious or unique problems to higher levels.
