WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Client Education: Educates new and existing clients about Franciscan Working Well / Express Cares business solutions.

• Needs Analysis: Analyzes local area demographics and client needs. Develops innovative solutions and services offerings to address these needs.

• Client Issue Resolution: Responds to client concerns to effectively resolve issues, ensure client satisfaction and maintain the Mission's reputation.

• Proposal and Contract Preparation: Develops client proposals and quotations. Negotiates contract agreements.

• Client Relationship Management: Manages and maintains positive relationships with current clients. Proactively communicates with clients to ensure ongoing understanding of their needs and identify new opportunities to expand services.

• Product, services and industry knowledge: Ensures current understanding of existing services and business solutions, industry developments and regulatory standards. Regularly collaborates with clinic managers and operations staff. Presents new information and updates to clients.

• Sales data and opportunity management: Documents and maintains accurate client opportunity and sales data in appropriate systems. Generates monthly reports on sales and client data.

• Client prospecting: Performs various sales prospecting activities to promote business solutions and expand the client base. Attends local trade shows, conferences, health fairs, Chamber of Commerce functions and industry events. Conducts cold-calling and other lead-generation activities.

QULAIFICATIONS:

• Associate's Degree in either business administration, sales, or marketing Required.

• 3 years Marketing / Business development Required.
