Find Your Balance, Center for Growth & Change Inc is Hiring a Remote Director Of Human Resources

Must reside in CA. Part-time position to manage our human resource department.

We’re hiring a highly organized and people-oriented Human Resources Manager to ensure our business runs smoothly. You will be consulted by top management on strategic planning and business administration, oversee employee relations, and maximize our sustainability and profitability. Job seekers should be flexible, detail-oriented, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.

Compensation:

$20 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget
  • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
  • Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures
  • Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization
  • Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Manage employee files and all documentation
Qualifications:
  • Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HR consulting for CA businesses
