Bedrock Manufacturing Company, the parent company of Filson and Shinola, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the unique needs of our brands. This role will involve crafting competitive compensation packages, managing relationships with benefits brokers, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000 dependent on location and relevant experience.
