An ideal candidate for this role administers and manages HSA, FSA, and DCAP programs, reimbursements and is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan. Candidate must have strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Requirements for this position – An ideal candidate in this role must have two years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration. Strong organizational abilities, Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
