Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy skills, experience with QuickBooks, and excellent organizational abilities. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will also need to run errands occasionally, such as to the post office or office supply store.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies

- Act as a personal assistant to executives, providing support in various tasks

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
