F45 Training Liberty Station is Hiring a Sales Manager Near San Diego, CA
The sales associate role will be to assist the Sales Manager with membership pre-sales for the studio through phone and in-person sales. Leads will be mostly be generated by the marketing team, but there will also be coordinated events throughout the community to provide exposure for the studio. The role will also consist of working closely with the studio ownership and Head trainer to constantly improve both sales and marketing to ensure the pre-opening membership goals are met and/or exceeded.
At least 1 years of GYM/FITNESS STUDIO sales experience required.
High school diploma required. Some college or college degree preferred.
Sales Manager must be personable, friendly, goal-oriented and self-motivated. Must be able take charge of sales process and show initiative and meet the required monthly goals.
Job Types: Part-time, Commission
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- San Diego, CA 92106: Relocate before starting work (Required)
