We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Advertising Sales Team Management.
**Duties:**
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with management to implement strategies for improved efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a positive work environment for the team
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in Sales and Team Management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must possess exceptional command of the English language
- Experience in conducting interviews and training staff
- Must be Open-Minded : LGBTQ Friendly, et cetera
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated, as this is a commission only - based job
