Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Install and Service Sr. Trainer and Quality Control Expert to elevate the technical skills of our HVAC teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive residential HVAC knowledge and a proven track record of training and coaching service and install technicians.
Responsibilities:

• Training and Development Conduct comprehensive training programs to improve the technical skills of our service and install technicians. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Technical Support : Troubleshoot complex HVAC problems and provide technical field support to the team, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions.
• Quality Control : Work closely with the install teams to ensure jobs are completed to our exacting standards. Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Inspection Liaison: Liaise with inspectors to guarantee that all installations pass inspection on the first visit. Address and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high standards.
• Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints regarding the quality of work provided. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing corrective actions.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of training sessions, quality control checks, and customer interactions. Provide regular reports to management on team performance and areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Encourage teamwork and communication among technicians to achieve common goals.
  Requirements:
  - Extensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  - Proven experience in training and coaching HVAC technicians, with a focus on skill development and performance improvement.
  - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide in-field technical support.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with inspectors, customers, and team members.
  - Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  - Valid HVAC certifications and licenses as required.
