Position: Sales Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 per year with uncapped commission structure
Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
Responsibilities
· Identify and follow-up on sales leads and referrals
· Manage, develop, and expand client relationships
· Conduct inspections for services and provide job estimates
· Manage payment collection process
· Proactively solve client needs and recommend products and services
· Develop self-generated sales leads
· Ensure quality control and quality assurance
· Ensure client needs are met in a timely manner
· Travel within assigned sales territory to meet with existing and potential clients
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· 3 years of business-to-business outside sales experience
· Restoration industry experience required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Clean driving record and valid drivers license
