Eymaq is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk Near Miami, FL
Responsibilities
- Process credit card payments by phone or vendor's website according to vendor's terms and internal company policies.
- Submit ACH payments.
- Post outgoing payments in SAP.
- Book invoices from purchase orders (POs) and non-POs in SAP.
- Reconcile vendor's account statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in accounts payable clerk positions.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication skills, bilingual desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
