About the Job:
We are seeking an individual to join our team LONG TERM.
Successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills, with a great attention detail.
- Experience in checking accuracy on paperwork, invoices, bills.
- Ability to work independently and self manage assignments and projects, while prioritizing daily tasks.
- Ability to handle different office tasks.
- The successful candidate will be charged with confirming product received matches product on invoice.
- Pricing maintenance on items under their category.
- Inputing correct invoices owed into system.
- Communicating issues with Vendors
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of departmental and organizational priorities.
- Coordinate with Teams and Departments via chat apps to inform and encourage sales of new items, prices, etc.
- Ability to process vouchers, orders, etc. and maintain data accuracy ie codes, instructions, dates etc.
Additional qualifications Preferred:
- 5 minimum years of experience in this field or a degree in related field.
- Ability to use computer software and applications.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
- Experience in the distribution industry a plus.
