POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the team. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all human resources functions within multiple locations. This includes payroll and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. You will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring they are followed across all restaurants. You will work closely with the general managers to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with specific experience in the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry. You should be a strong communicator, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
