ABOUT THE ROLE

Extend is looking to add a Sales Operations Manager to our business development team. You will be responsible for leading and managing all Sales Operations functions, including data integrity, reporting, and process improvement and strategic project management. This role will also provide the opportunity to maximize operational efficiency through accurate goal setting, measuring and tracking sales pipelines, sales performance and sales achievements, and driving critical initiatives across all areas of the business. This role will require some on-site work from our office located near Madison Square Park.

At Extend, youll:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer and sales team, leveraging data analyses to develop business insights and recommendations for improving and scaling the business
  • Prepare business analysis for Quarterly Business Reviews, client meetings and all hands
  • Improve efficiency for the sales organization by establishing processes, policies, business requirements, and data governance to ensure effective and scalable sales processes
  • Lead performance analysis to identify areas of concerns and best practices; use this analyst to provide actionable feedback and areas of focus
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in process, and drive timely resolutions
  • Refine key performance metrics and dashboards to provide visibility to sales leadership and regularly provide key business insights and recommendations for improvement to executives
  • Project manage multiple workflows and communicate complex analytical results
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to develop infrastructural reporting efficiencies
  • Manage all aspects of sales-owned data across all systems ensuring collection, accuracy, and accessibility
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to drive operational improvements across the GTM organization
  • Represent CRO, when appropriate, in internal and external meetings
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support related projects as needed

THE CANDIDATE

Ideally, youll have:

  • 5 years of Sales Operations experience at an established B2B company
  • Proficiency and experience within Salesforce
  • Ability to both delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher level strategy
  • Experience leading analysis, communicating insights to executive stakeholders, and influencing business strategy
  • Analytical rigor, ability to support decisions with data, and ability to draw insights from disparate information sources
  • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to drive work from conceptualization, to analysis, to recommendation and, at times, to implementation
  • Strong executive presence, polished communication skills, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Can work well with a variety of cross functional stakeholders towards a common goal
  • Expert Excel data analysis and powerpoint skills, with the ability to bring complex projects and ideas to life, and then the ability to present them to leadership
  • Experience using SQL and Tableau
  • Start-up experience, or experience in a fast pace high growth environment
