Role Description:
The Google Public Sector Partner Sales Team is focused on accelerating the adoption of
Google Cloud in the Public Sector by attracting and growing partners who can acquire new
customers and make them successful - while we focus on fueling our partners with a profitable
business. We must scale this business exponentially through channel partners and distribution
plays a critical role in doing so. As the Distribution Regional Sales Operational Support
Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting operations for Distribution partners and
enabling the support transformation to empower Distributors to support their resellers and grow
their business. This role will blend operations training, operational process design and
execution, reporting and KPI's, post-sale support escalation, and alignment to shared goals
internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Document distributor processes, create a distributor playbook for Googler Public Sector
- Coordinate and schedule training for public sector distribution, including core processes
and ad-hoc requests
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence Managers to communicate risks/issues in a timely
manner prior to impact.
- Work with Contracts & Business Operations team to coordinate training and provide
guidance to the field sales organization regarding quoting, ordering and pipeline
management events related to distributor engagement
- Support identification of internal and or external business challenges, vendor
and/or technology issues; recommends process improvements.
- Be the central point of contact for distribution program questions and support issues,
utilizing existing content and support channels.

Minimum Qualifications:
3 years working in technology and Public Sector, within Sales Operations, Revenue
Operations or similar functions, ideally with experience in two or more of the following:
operating model development
process improvement and design
business analytics and insights
chief of staff/business operations/cadence management
Experience in large scale analytics in support of technology company planning and
operations
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, business
intelligence or related discipline may be substituted for three (3) years of work
experience.
Problem solving skills and ability to provide solutions and work with customers in
providing resolution.
Must be a self-starter, work independently, and work with a clear and defined mission.
Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise, training, and actual work experience with specific systems and technologies.
Expertise in Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc...)
