Job Description

Location: New York (hybrid working environment)

Experience: Entry-level

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

In your role as a Sales Operation Associate you will act as the link between the Sales organization and the Finance department with the goal of enabling a smooth sales process with a focus on account/contract management and the accounts receivable process. You will work closely with the existing sales operations team members located in Malmö and London and spearhead the effort to implement global processes in the New York office.

The role reports to Head of Group Controlling in Sweden with a dotted line to the regional manager in the New York office.

Responsibilities include:

• CRM-administrator with focus on the Americas region but also supporting EMEA and APAC regions as needed
• Support the sales team in the quote to cash process including contract management, renewals, invoicing and cash collection
• Help support local adoption of global efforts related to quote to cash process
• KYC and queries from new and existing customers
• Conduct and maintain ad hoc sales reporting and analysis to support the Americas team

Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and D365 are used by Macrobond)
• Self-starter with ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Curious and solution-oriented mindset with extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
