As the Sales and Operations Associate, you will assist Ada's sales and production cycle including, but not limited to:

• Prepping for the sales teams appointments
• Preparing and maintaining that the showrooms are always client-ready
• Answering phones and greeting customers at the front desk
• Handling pickups and drop-offs with clients
• Organizing and managing inventory
• Inspecting, videoing, and/or photographing diamonds & jewelry
• Shipping loose diamonds & finished jewelry
• Running errands based on the needs of the team
• Supporting office and administrative needs

Required Qualifications:

• New York City resident
• Some college or Bachelor's Degree required
• At least 2 years of work experience in operations, sales support, or luxury goods
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office products
• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies and workflows

Desired Qualifications:

• No jewelry background is required, but luxury or retail experience is preferred
• Basic photography experience
• Experience with database technologies such as Excel and Salesforce
• Experience with communication technologies such as Slack

Logistics & Compensation:

• Full-time role
• Based out of Ada's NY location in midtown Manhattan
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Some Saturday's off in exchange for a Monday
• Tuesday - Friday approximate hours are 10am - 7pm with some flexibility, Saturday hours 10am - 6pm
• This role requires in-person, hands-on time with diamonds and jewelry and is not a work-from-home role
• Competitive compensation including benefits
• No travel is required
• 55k - 70k annual salary
• Dress code is sophisticated business casual
