Positions Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the commercial high-rise window cleaning market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive individual and collective success.
• Collaborate with the operations team to create compelling proposals and quotes for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations with key decision-makers to secure new business and foster long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategies and enhance service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
• Foster a customer-centric approach, addressing client concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Represent Big Apple Window Cleaning at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, particularly in the commercial high-rise window cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to high-rise window cleaning is a plus.
• 5 years sales/sales account manager experience
• 3 years NYC Building Management or Facade Maintenance Industry experience.
