Qualifications
- 4 years of upscale/fine dining experience.
- High volume experience a must.
- Catering experience a must.
- Israeli/Kosher experience a plus but not required.
- Vegan dessert experience a plus
Requirements
- Develop and execute creative pastry menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and reflect current culinary trends.
- Oversee all aspects of the pastry kitchen, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise pastry kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
