Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred but not required.
• FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certificate) preferred but not required.
• Must have 2 or more years of payroll or accounting experience.
• Dayforce experience preferred but not required.
• Must be familiar with regulations for Medical Records.
• Maintain residents medical records in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.
• Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy and respect at all times.
• Insure that all medical information is filed correctly and up-to-date for the members continuity of care.
• Must have professional verbal and written skills.
• Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
• Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Great multi-tasker, staying organized and managing their time and multiple priorities in order to succeed and meeting all deadlines and requirements.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, excel).
• MUST HAVE ERP AP system experience (Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics preferred)
• Experience with ordering on line through DSSI is helpful.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Flexible Monday-Friday
• Wage: Up to $26.00 per hour
