Key Responsibilities:

• Development of processes and strategies that ensure excellence and consistency of all posts.
• Provide training and support to employees and management on workers' compensation policies and procedures.
• Training and equipping new users.
• Updating HRIS and payroll systems.
• Responding to problems as they arise and developing innovative solutions.
• Assisting with Unemployment Claims.
• Assisting HR Department with various tasks.

Job Qualifications

• High priority on customer service
• Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• 2 years HR Experience
• Microsoft Office
